Water Heater Burst

When a water heater appliance housed in the attic of this home burst, water pooled beneath the unit. This continued until the ceiling to the floor below it could no longer bear the weight of the leaked water from above, and collapsed into the living room.

SERVPRO of Ennis / Red Oak cleaned up the debris, removed all of the water damaged components of the structure, extracted the water, placed units around the home to properly dry it out, and got the home completely ready for reconstruction.
