SERVPRO of Tigard/Tualatin & SERVPRO of Beaverton strives to do what is right in all that we do. We try to do what is right for our customers, clients, insurance companies, our employees, our community and our company. SERVPRO of Tigard was started as a family business and as we have grown from a small business being run in our home to our first warehouse that was 400SF to our current warehouse over 35,000SF we have never lost site that this company was started to help people and to provide for our family. As SERVPRO of Tigard has grown from 2 owners and 3 kids on summer break to near 40 employees we have never lost sight that we are in business to do right by people and help improve the lives of those who call SERVPRO of Tigard  family.

Over the 23+ years that we have been operating in the Metro area we have helped 15,000 people. Throughout that time we have made mistakes and we will be the first to tell you, but we fix our mistakes and we believe that acknowledging and fixing mistakes is where true character is shown. We understand that mistakes are made and we do our very most to fix that mistake in an honest and upfront manner to let you know we will “Make it Like it Never Even Happened.”

SERVPRO of Tigard has been a leader in the restoration business in the PNW and has been recognized countless times by our regional and national SERVPRO offices. We are proud of the continued growth that we have been able to sustain that has lead SERVPRO of Tigard to support 83 individuals through the work that is done. Every few months during a company meeting we will go around the room and each employee will say how many people their job is supporting and we tally up that number and reference it often. “The Number” is about 83 right now, we often talk about “The Number” and how that directs our actions and plans. We talk about how a job was handled supports “The Number”. By striving to always do the right thing we are protecting “The Number” and growing our company so that we can continue to lead the industry in our area and by doing so support our community and provide guidance to those in need.
