SERVPRO of Tigard/Tualatin & SERVPRO of Beaverton began as a family business by Walt and Kathy Linderman in hopes of providing for a growing family while allowing involvement in the community and with their children. That is still a huge driving force with SERVPRO of Tigard. We are still a family run company who has brought in amazing employees many of whom are family members and have grown to be our own SERVPRO of Tigard family. We have mother and sons, we have aunt and nephews, we have sisters, we have father and daughters, we have mother and daughter, we have aunt and niece, we have cousins and we have friends. We have found that great people know other great people and have been lucky to find many of our amazing team members from other employees. The sense of family is obvious in our company and is clear to see.

We have incorporated family traditions and have adopted them here as our own. We have marshmallow fights, which started as a family tradition for our owners Walt and Kathy and their children. It has since become a favorite team building activity. Who does not want to have fun at work, this past year as a thank you to our amazing employees we were all treated with a special night out on the town. Our guys were able to enjoy a Portland Blazer game from a private suite and the lady’s enjoyed a show of Cirque Du Soleil and dinner out as a large group to hang out together outside of work and relax.

Many people are surprised to find that we allow dogs in our office and in fact we have four. Having dogs in the workplace just allows everyone to be able to relax and enjoy the daily activities including our new Ping-Pong table in the break room. Nothing more relaxing then a no holds bar game of table tennis on your lunch break!
