As a company with over 35 employees made up of humans mistakes happen. We take every precaution possible to limit them and limit damage, but that is the truth. When mistakes happen we document them and notify the customer straight away that a mistake was made and we are going to take care of it. We hope to not have to call customers on such matters but we know that it is always better to be up front and to make it clear that we are going to take care of those issues and help to make it “Like it never even happened.” After a disaster has hit your home and your life feels like it has been put on pause, you should not have to worry that you are not going to be taken care of.
