Focus on the Customer-Customer Packets

These are the contents of our customer packets that are sent with our technicians to each and every job.

Every new job that we start the customer, renter, business owner ect. receives a customer packet. The packet provides a place for the customer to keep track of the important people helping with their home as well as keep all the documents important to their claim in one spot. We believe that giving customers all the information upfront helps them to feel more in control in a new and confusing situation.
