Always do the Right Thing- Fixing our mistakes

In our 23+ years serving the Metro area, we at SERVPRO of Tigard/Tualatin & SERVPRO of Beaverton have always strive to do what is right, but we, like everyone else make mistakes. We will be the first to admit when we have messed up, and we will be the first to take responsibility for what we have done and to correct the problem. We know that mistakes are part of business as well as every day life, but we believe that acknowledging and correcting mistakes is a show of true character. 

We have learned that many of businesses best rules are ones we were all taught in Kindergarten; one of those being “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” We know that we would not be the successful company we are today if not for the thousands of referrals that we have received over the years. We believe that those referrals are due to our customer service and our continued motto that we treat our customers, their homes and belonging as we would want our own to be taken care of; in an honest and upfront manner including honestly approaching mistakes with out trying to hide what has happened but openly fixing the problem together with the customer.
