Our Amazing Crew

As one of our core values at SERVPRO of Tigard/Tualatin & SERVPRO of Beaverton we think it is pretty generic to say we want to be phenomenal. To further define what this means to us it is to:

“Lead the industry by demonstrating professionalism and confidence, while exceeding expectations.”

 But how do we know if we are doing a phenomenal job by any standards if our days consist of finishing one job then it’s off to the next? How do we improve on our customer service in such a fast pace disaster driven industry? We listen!

As everyone would know for us to say we want to be phenomenal but not apply ourselves and be proactive to reach our goal would just be an empty claim. That’s why at the end of every job we give our customers a chance to rate our services in the form of a Certificate of Satisfaction. This gives the customer a chance to let us know how we did from their prospective rating as well as leave any comments they would like to share. At the end of every week we read these Certificates of Satisfaction aloud in our staff meeting that includes all SERVPRO of Tigard employees. We take the time to commend the great work that has been done by our hard working staff as well as learn from any negative feedback we may receive.

During our Friday morning meetings we also take time to celebrate each other’s success and show gratitude for fellow team mates who have gone above and beyond. All employees are encouraged to write a quick note celebrating other team mates, the notes are read as a whole company and employees publicly acknowledged for their great contribution to SERVPRO of Tigard.

As we strive to be Phenomenal we look to our training to see how we can set ourselves apart from the pack and do the very best job possible and that is training.  Our employees have weekly training specific to their area of work as well safety meetings, cross training and specific equipment training.  We know it is important to be confident in your job and how your confidence during a crisis will help to calm the customer and that confidence in your job can only come from proper training.  We may be biased but we think we have the best crew in the area and a huge part of that comes from their depth of knowledge and understanding as well as their compassion that they show to each and every customer.
