Disaster can strike anywhere and at any time. We can never predict when disaster will hit but we can prepare by having a plan and documentation. When we go in after disaster one of the first things we do is take photos. As a homeowner or business owner one big step in being prepared is taking photos of your property. This will serve you well should disaster strike; to help with an insurance claim for damaged contents or before photos of your structure to help with reconstruction. We suggest taking photos throughout your property with close ups of serial numbers on high end items and storing the images off site for safe keeping; that could be a safe deposit box on a zip drive or in a secure server.
