Water Damage in Tigard, Mid Renovations

Recently a homeowner had been having work done in their Tigard home. They where having new flooring installed as well as paint and trim updated and touched up. They where bringing their home out of the 70's and into today. They had been saving and working for this renovation for a long time. They were doing some of the work themselves and actually ended up having a water damage in their home during the process. The water damage was from a pipe leak separate to the renovation but it caused a headache and delay in the ongoing renovations.
