Water damage in Tigard, OR

Hardwoods are such a nice part of a home, they are clean and timeless. For many they are a huge selling point when looking for a home. We recently had a customer who had a water damage in their home and it affected their hardwoods. They where very concerned with saving their hardwoods and liming the demolition needed. 

Our crews where able to get out and place rescue mats on the hard woods. These black mats are secured to the floor and they extract moisture from both the hardwoods and the sub floor. Often all that is needed is for the hardwoods to be sanded and refinished , normally ending up with hardwoods that look better then they did before the water damage.
